The aim of the practical part is elaboration of a proposal for e-commerce intended for expansion of the company KORYNA nábytek, a.s. The final part makes decision, under which conditions the expansion of the company would be successful.

The main part of the degree work is focused on the proposition of the creation of the electronic business in the company DISTRIMO ltd, which would lead to increasing of the capacity of sales and to the expension of the services provided to costumers.

Zajistitelnost smluvních záruk podnikatelských rizik tuzemských malých a středních podniků

The thesis aims to define the main areas SME applicants for business risk insur-ance are judged on from the perspective of the providers of various guarantee in-struments in the Czech Republic. After studying the theoretical basis, analysis was done of the procedures that commercial banks, insurance companies and the state sector use to assess the creditworthiness of applicants seeking a guarantee for their business transactions. Another step was the identification of common factors that are taken into account in assessing creditworthiness across the sectors. Using benchmarking, a comparison was made to identify the differences between individual providers, followed by a proposal for a partial improvement in the procedures for providing contractual guarantees for business risks. Based on the results of partial analyses, a methodical procedure was proposed for commercial insurers for evaluating applicant creditworthiness. The proposed methodology was verified by applying it to a selected SME in the Czech Republic. The main benefit of the thesis is the identification of the key factors that influence the procedure for approving applications for guarantee products, and also a range of specific recommendations intended to make such procedures more effective from the perspective of both an applicant and a provider of these services.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises focusing on issues of financial management of entrepreneurial subjects and identification of business risks related to financial management. The work contains theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part is comprised of three chapters and is aimed at deepening the theme of small and medium-sized enterprises financing and linking the topic with the concept of risk. The practical part deals with the analysis of business risks of a selected company and the design of recommendations for its reduction.

The aim of the thesis is to create a business plan Bee farm U Králů in the region Šumava. The main activity of bee farm is the production of bee products. Thesis also deals with the problem of loss of beekeepers and the lack of awareness of this discipline in the Czech Republic through the beekeeping club, apitourism and bee educational trail. Bee farm is also pathfinder on the Czech market in the sphere apitherapy. The contribution of the thesis is in the support of beekeeping and in the production of quality products.
